Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their solar energy systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including training, application engineering services, and general technical consultancy.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and EPC network partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to maintain customer relationships, gain customer trust, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Training and Development: Deliver online or onsite training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain our solar energy systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Establish and maintain knowledge of current and upcoming local regulatory requirements related to our products.
  • Product Feedback: Provide feedback and suggestions to Product Management to enhance our product roadmap and stay ahead of the competition.
  • After-Sales Support: Work closely with our service teams and service partners to assist customers in the after-sales phase.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in German and English.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; quick learner with a desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
