International Sales Development Specialist

At CALJAN GmbH, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as International Sales Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including company car for private use, permanent employment contract, and individual further training opportunities.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity. Fluency in German and English is required, as well as demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context.

Responsibilities
  • Representing CALJAN GmbH to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects
  • Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
  • Ensuring established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded
  • Establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
  • Performing product presentations, distributing marketing material, and attending trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company
  • Closing collaboration with CALJAN GmbH DACH sales teams, sales support and engineering
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
  • Fluent German and English
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus
