As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in our sales efforts, overseeing pre-sales and sales activities, customer success, retention, and upsell across your region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets
- Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, payment issues, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA/BSc/MA)
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
