Job Title: Head of Marketing DACHSalary:

We offer an estimated annual salary of €120,000, which includes benefits such as a home office budget and the opportunity to work from anywhere for 4 weeks per year.


About the RoleOverview

The Head of Marketing DACH will lead the development of the marketing strategy for the region, creating campaigns and content to execute this strategy.

This role involves working closely with the GM and regional functional leaders to build an efficient operating model that supports multi-channel campaigns.

You'll be responsible for managing a direct report and dotted lines to the rest of the regional marketing team.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of the marketing strategy for DACH
  • Create campaigns and content to execute this strategy
  • Participate in defining KPIs and output for the regional marketing team
  • Establish solid relationships and communication avenues with other regional stakeholders
  • Manage a direct report with dotted lines to the rest of the regional marketing team

Requirements
  • 7 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field/regional marketing
  • 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles
  • Native or bilingual German language skills
  • Proven success in driving qualified demand for products/services
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and how to execute an efficient strategy for the region
  • Commercially driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams (Sales and Partnerships)
  • Metric-driven with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data
