Sales Director for Revenue Growth and Team Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to drive revenue growth, lead our sales team, and expand our global market presence.
About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth. You will identify market opportunities, set sales objectives, and ensure that our sales targets are met by establishing a high-performing sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with our CEO to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Organizational Development: Establish a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
- Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for the sales team and track progress, implementing strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in sales leadership, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French being a plus.
- An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
