We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team at Top Line Advisory.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in B2B environments or the SaaS space.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market presence and customer base.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in leading and developing diverse sales teams across regions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.

Estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $150,000+ OTE, commensurate with experience.
