With over 20 industries already positively impacted by next-generation apps on the peaq network, we're seeking an experienced Senior Ecosystem/Business Development Lead (Europe) to scale our ecosystem to new heights. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in venture capital, business development, and ecosystem management within the blockchain or tech industry.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to onboard high-profile projects to the peaq ecosystem.
  • Support current projects building on peaq through strategic success planning, creating a network of support and making it accessible in a scalable way.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key relationships with enterprises, startups, consortia, and developers.
  • Lead the adoption of peaq's blockchain technology in Europe by targeting smart mobility, energy, and connectivity industries.
  • Cultivate and grow a thriving ecosystem by engaging with the developer community, organizing events, and facilitating collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Layer 1, Layer 2, or Layer 0 Ecosystem-related role, business development, partnerships, venture capital, growth investment, or ecosystem management, preferably in the blockchain industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the tech and blockchain communities in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with strong analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
