Business Development Finance Lead

As a Business Development Finance Lead at OUTFITTERY GmbH, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly closings in close collaboration with our Accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will dive into the latest financial trends, provide insights, and propose actionable recommendations to drive success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver regular investor reports based on the monthly financial data
- Work closely with department leaders to enhance budget planning and forecasting processes, bringing clarity and precision to financial goals
- Organize (bi-)weekly sales meetings with our Execs to support smooth operational steering throughout the month
- Produce and present ad hoc financial reports, offering actionable insights on performance through cross-departmental collaboration
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure business goals are on track
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international team, with flexible working hours and the option to work from home or in the office.
Your Profile:- You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in finance & controlling, corporate development, or business consulting
- You hold a degree in business administration or a similar field
- You have advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with tools like Navision or Tableau is a plus
- You are fluent in English and can confidently present complex data in a clear, compelling way
