Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Nitrado (marbis GmbH). This role will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new partnerships with game development studios.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to take on a key role in our Business Development team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial part in identifying potential partners, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new partners from initial contact to contract negotiation
  • Proactively reach out to game development studios worldwide to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at game development studios, positioning Nitrado as a trusted partner
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value proposition of our GameFabric platform to potential clients
  • Negotiate deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new clients
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the sales process addresses client needs and positions Nitrado's solutions effectively
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generation
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in business development and sales ideally within gaming-related industries, SaaS, or hosting
  • A proven track record in acquiring new business and driving partnerships with game studios or related industries
  • A strong understanding of multiplayer game development processes and the challenges faced by studios
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners across different cultures and time zones
  • Fluency in English (native proficiency), preferably also German, other languages are a bonus
