Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Sales Representative to join our Berlin-based team. This is a great opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for social media and digital marketing. In this role, you'll drive marketing and sales efforts in Dutch-speaking regions, build client relationships, and promote our social media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, assess their needs, and offer tailored social media solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach, while qualifying prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Development: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively conveying the value of our social media services.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate leads in Dutch-speaking markets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation and localization of marketing materials and content for the Dutch market, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as product development and customer support to enhance the customer experience and drive success.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM for analysis and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential, with at least a B2 level of English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Passionate about sales, marketing, and social media, with an interest in the digital landscape.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive outlook.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting data and market insights to guide strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Berlin, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
  • On-Site Requirement: Must be based in Berlin and willing to work fully on-site in our lively office environment.
