About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our DACH region sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic relationships with key customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the DACH market.

As a Sales Manager at Cooler Master Europe BV, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy and executing plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the DACH region.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pitches, and negotiate deals to secure new contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT or PC hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
