We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Strategist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Berlin, Germany.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Czech market, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and market share. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and align with marketing efforts, while monitoring market trends, gathering insights, and reporting findings to help shape future campaigns and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Czech market, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our reach within the market.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and align with marketing efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, gather insights, and report findings to help shape future campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Czech and a minimum B2 level in English.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably with exposure to marketing or B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales or marketing software is a plus.

Working Hours:
