We are AMBOSS, a learning and clinical decision support tool aiming to empower physicians worldwide. This role is perfect for an ambitious sales professional seeking to drive growth in Europe, leading the acquisition of new campus licenses and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster deep connections with universities across Europe, providing innovative teaching solutions through AMBOSS while expanding our market presence.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, tracking progress regularly in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Pursue lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels, presenting AMBOSS's value proposition to align with each institution's goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders by proactive networking to increase AMBOSS usage among institutions and students.
  • Raise awareness of AMBOSS solutions by coordinating trials, on-site demos, and presence at medical education conferences to engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of B2B Sales to tailor sales and pricing strategies and work with our B2C, Partnership, Marketing, and Editorial teams to align efforts and contribute valuable insights for quarterly market reviews.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on academic, clinical medicine, and EdTech trends, sharing intelligence to drive innovative teaching solutions for university clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven enterprise sales experience with 3 years of success in generating new business and engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the medical university or medical teaching market, or experience in selling Healthcare IT solutions, is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain connections with prospects at all levels.
  • Able to effectively communicate the value of AMBOSS to a diverse audience and demonstrate its benefits to healthcare providers and users.
  • Independent and highly motivated, with the ability to manage and prioritise activities to meet both prospect needs and AMBOSS sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing and able to travel within the territory (up to 60%).

This role is ideal for those who value team success and prioritize building strong relationships with prospects over achieving numbers alone. We offer a competitive salary package including $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, flexible working hours, and a dynamic team environment.
