About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our EOR Mid-Market Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing our Sales Development Representatives to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Coach and mentor Sales Development Representatives to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
What We Offer

As a Sales Development Manager at Remote, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $36,295 USD to $81,620 USD, depending on your location and experience. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited personal time off, quarterly company-wide day off, and 16 weeks paid parental leave.
