Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team at Remote. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our Sales Development Representatives to reach their outbound pipeline generation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coach Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and improve their sales skills
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
- Collaborate with regional Sales Directors, Sales Development Managers, and Director of Sales Development to improve sales performance
- Partner with Marketing to deliver feedback on lead quality and new campaign ideas
- Regularly report on key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast-growing tech company
- Track record of success driving pipeline growth through inbound and outbound channels
- Strong sales acumen and experience in a closing role
- Familiarity with a robust tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo
- Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top talent
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and marketing
- Fluent English language skills and knowledge of cultural nuances between different markets within the EMEA region
- Competitive base salary range of $36,295 USD to $122,500 USD
