Sales Performance Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Berlin, Germany. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our DACH region by creatively prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our customer base through targeted outreach efforts, including emails and calls
  • Collaborate with account executives to generate meetings and sales pipeline opportunities
  • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
  • Establish relationships with executives at assigned accounts through high-level conversations
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth initiatives

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of prior outbound sales experience, strong cold prospecting skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
  • Post-graduation experience in outbound sales (minimum 6 months)
  • Strong background in cold prospecting
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A self-starter mentality, addressing needs and opportunities as they arise
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • C1 level German language proficiency

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits that support your well-being, career development, and work-life balance.
