About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding target KPIs. Previous experience in B2B telemarketing or outbound sales is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with high-potential prospects from a database of qualified leads
* Conduct research and prioritize target accounts
* Communicate with decision-makers via phone to discuss current solutions and challenges
* Execute email marketing campaigns using asynchronous videos
* Assist in building and managing our CRM system
