Business Unit Overview

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is a key business unit within HRS Group, responsible for managing and developing the company's e-commerce platforms. BTC provides exclusive services to its members, individual business travelers, and SMEs, shaping tomorrow's upgraded travel experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing engagement editorial campaigns, including email and push notifications. You will collaborate with other teams, such as supply, to launch campaigns and optimize editorial content to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns, including email and push notifications, in collaboration with other teams.
  • Support copywriting efforts, crafting campaign messages based on brand guidelines and working closely with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance, focusing on subject line tests and other optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Marketing/Communication student with a strong passion for marketing.
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English.
