About the Business Unit

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is a key business unit within HRS GmbH, responsible for managing and developing the company's e-commerce platforms. Our goal is to deliver growth and sustainable profitability by enhancing customer loyalty and unlocking additional potentials through optimized supplier management.

We are committed to disrupting the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce, with a focus on dominating the Business Travel DACH market.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, collaborating with other teams to launch campaigns, and optimizing editorial campaigns to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Set up engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notification), collaborating with other teams such as supply.
  • Copywriting: Support on crafting the campaign message, based on our brand guidelines and supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conducting AB testing to improve campaign performance via e.g. subject line tests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Marketing/Communication student
  • Passion for marketing
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently, and well-structured
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
