Business Development Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Increase sales through new account acquisition and enhancement of existing customer relationships.

• Leverage sales activities to optimize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

• Support clients through regular visits, presentations, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with Advantest worldwide to develop and implement global solutions.

• Stay informed on sales trends and market developments, adapting and implementing necessary actions in coordination with Director Sales & Marketing.

• Contribute to the overall goals of Advantest as a member of the team.

• Provide professional reporting through weekly sales reports and participation in regular sales meetings.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Automation, or similar field.

• Relevant semiconductor experience, preferably in the ATE business.

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).

• Ability to lead cross-cultural activities.

• Strong communication and team-oriented skills.

• Motivational and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time in Europe and overseas, with occasional short-notice trips.
