At Easy Languages GmbH, we're on a mission to revolutionize language learning through authentic and engaging media. Our company has experienced tremendous growth since its inception, with 15 YouTube channels and 10 podcasts reaching millions of enthusiastic language learners worldwide.

We're seeking an exceptional Language Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin-Mitte. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our franchise partners by supporting them in growing their businesses and developing monetization strategies.

This exciting opportunity offers both part-time and full-time options, starting in January 2025. You'll have the chance to work closely with our franchise partners, providing constructive feedback on their content in alignment with our guidelines. Additionally, you'll help refine their content strategies, make informed business decisions, and contribute to developing our guidelines and creating online documentation and multimedia learning resources.

In this role, you'll analyze social media data, create reports and presentations that provide valuable insights into our franchise teams' business development and audience growth. Your expertise in working with international partners, intercultural competence, and experience managing and guiding people will be invaluable assets to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a professional background in business development, social media management, or language acquisition, with at least two years of experience in the creator and/or language learning industries. Strong communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback are essential for this position.
