Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our agile cross-functional product teams in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your analytical skills and industry expertise to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze local insurance and market needs to consolidate product scope and avoid feature gaps
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and internal product teams to deliver conceptual designs for digital product development
- Support Chief Product Owner in managing product portfolio, aligning vision and scope, implementation roadmaps, and global rollout plans
- Implement cross-product optimizations in close alignment with CPO and product teams
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis and delivering agile projects within international teams
- High self-organization, willingness to take ownership, and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including flexible working hours, remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
