Business Development Manager for Forex and CFDs in Hamburg

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Manager to join our team at GBE brokers Ltd. in Hamburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers worldwide, handling company leads, and participating in business development activities to increase revenues.
This role is part of our business development team and comes with performance targets and direct reporting to the CEO.
Main Responsibilities:- Growing the company's client base and revenues through sales efforts
- Selling the company's products to potential customers and understanding their requirements
- Building relationships with external introducers and maintaining good partnerships
- Supporting marketing activities by attending events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar solutions sales role
- In-depth knowledge of working with CRM systems, lead tracking, and following sales targets
- Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling and build relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Forex and Forex software is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic mother tongue
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual
