We are the leading global partner for sourcing and distributing premium consumer goods. Our company is looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) with a proven track record of exceeding targets to drive our growth.

Your Mission
  • You will identify and evaluate opportunities for entering new markets or expanding existing ones, developing entry strategies that align with our premium positioning.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and identify potential business partners.
  • You will be responsible for all relevant coordinative tasks related to the onboarding of potential prospects, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, buying, logistics, and finance to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development for beauty and fashion goods.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback into business strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with partner expectations.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations leaders to create tailored solutions for potential partners.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Buying Labs, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm for our vision and driving enthusiasm for the organization's work.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of business development, preferably within an online B2B, fashion & accessories, and/or beauty business.
  • An existing industry network is highly desirable.
  • Results-driven and process-oriented, ideally with experience working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience is advantageous, but not required.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves in a dynamic and scale-up atmosphere.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
