About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our APAC region expansion team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of sales, account management, and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the APAC region
  • Cultivating deep relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth
  • Developing and executing account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions
  • Representing Exmox at industry events to build brand awareness and generate new leads
Requirements
  • Native-level Chinese (Mandarin) fluency and proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills
