We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at 02100 Digital GmbH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and developing new client relationships.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing projects from acquisition to after-sales support. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing offers, negotiating deals, and identifying new business opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work closely with our management team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of services.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement effective sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [estimated salary: 45,000 - 55,000] EUR per year, depending on experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
