We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director Leader to spearhead our Finance and Payment Sector efforts. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic growth, build lasting relationships with major clients, and shape the future of Experian's sales and account management in this vital industry.
About the Role:- Lead the Sales & Account Management Finance & Payment division, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and exceeding targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong connections with national and international customers from the finance and payment sector, providing top-notch support and relationship management.
- Promote innovative solutions and enhance existing products through close collaboration with product and solution teams.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as events, presentations, and trade fair participations, in partnership with the marketing team.
- A seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, network management, and leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of the finance and payment industry, including risk and fraud management, and a robust network within this sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively at the C-level.
- A positive mindset, hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel for business purposes.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
