We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director Leader to spearhead our Finance and Payment Sector efforts. About the Role:
  • Lead the Sales & Account Management Finance & Payment division, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and exceeding targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong connections with national and international customers from the finance and payment sector, providing top-notch support and relationship management.
  • Promote innovative solutions and enhance existing products through close collaboration with product and solution teams.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as events, presentations, and trade fair participations, in partnership with the marketing team.
About You:
  • A seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, network management, and leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of the finance and payment industry, including risk and fraud management, and a robust network within this sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively at the C-level.
  • A positive mindset, hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel for business purposes.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
