Strategic Sales Director North Africa

Anja Odenthal is a globally operating, medium-sized family business in laboratory diagnostics with a size of 270 employees at two locations in Germany.

Job DescriptionManage and Cooperate with Distributors:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors in the North Africa region.
- Monitor sales and revenue performance, and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
Business Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and deliver business plans and financial projections for countries in the sales territory.
- Establish sales strategy and plans based on market trends and competitor activities.
Your Profile:
- A medical education combined with clinical laboratory experience in in vitro diagnostics.
- Sales talent and commercial understanding.
- Business fluent English, French, and/or Arabic, with German Level B2.
- A European residence permit is required.
- Willingsness to travel regularly, approximately 50%.
