Salary and Benefits

Job Description

Manage and Cooperate with Distributors:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors in the North Africa region.
  • Monitor sales and revenue performance, and initiate corrective measures when necessary.

Business Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and deliver business plans and financial projections for countries in the sales territory.
  • Establish sales strategy and plans based on market trends and competitor activities.

Your Profile:

  • A medical education combined with clinical laboratory experience in in vitro diagnostics.
  • Sales talent and commercial understanding.
  • Business fluent English, French, and/or Arabic, with German Level B2.
  • A European residence permit is required.
  • Willingsness to travel regularly, approximately 50%.
