Intralogistics Automation Sales Professional

The Stow Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the intralogistics automation sector.
About the RoleIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their business requirements. Your primary objective will be to achieve individual commercial targets and contribute to regional results through effective sales execution, account management, and relationship building.
You will represent our full suite of robotics solutions, including iFollow, E.scala, Atlas 2D, and racking solutions, as well as Warehouse Execution Software and other products. This will involve prospecting and visiting customers, presenting vendor capabilities, qualifying opportunities, and guiding selling opportunities from lead to order intake.
Your responsibilities will also include supporting peers in the region and globally by sharing leads, relations, and experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting accurately on opportunity pipelines and selling strategies to management.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual commercial targets and contribute to regional results.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
- Solution Representation: Represent our full suite of robotics solutions to customers, including iFollow, E.scala, Atlas 2D, and racking solutions, as well as Warehouse Execution Software and other products.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure maximum value realization and identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate reports on opportunity pipelines and selling strategies to management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record as a sales manager in the German region, ideally with between 5-20 years of experience in an intralogistics automation environment. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
