Sales Director Job Description

Park Place Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our territory sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals and quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
