Robotics Sales Manager Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Robotics Solutions to join our team at Movu Robotics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the German region.
Key Responsibilities- Representing our full range of robotics solutions, including iFollow, E.scala, Atlas 2D, and Warehouse Execution Software, to customers and prospects.
- Achieving individual commercial targets for all Movu Robotics solutions, focusing on order intake volume, profitability, revenue timeline, product mix, and other key performance indicators.
- Supporting peers in the region and globally to achieve similar results by sharing leads, relationships, and expertise.
- Guiding selling opportunities from lead to order intake, including prospecting and visiting customers, presenting vendor capabilities, qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, and drafting solutions and customer ROI's for business case validation.
- Generating commercial offers, supported by technical content from Sales Engineering, and presenting offered solutions to customers.
- Negotiating and closing business, supported by the Commercial Director and in line with company targets.
- Ensuring firm proposals are validated by engineering, contracts are approved by legal, and commercials are agreed upon by commercial management, including DOA approvals.
- Acquiring PO's and handing over the project in full to execution.
- A proven experience as a sales manager in the German region.
- Ideal experience of between 5-20 years in an intralogistics automation environment.
- A fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivation, flexibility, proactivity, and commitment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach, excellent organizational skills.
