Site Controller

At Abbott, we're looking for a highly skilled Site Controller to join our team in Wiesbaden. As a key financial leader, you'll provide support and direction to our site leadership team, driving business and financial counsel to management.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, including personnel leadership. Experience in Operations/Supply Chain environments is a plus. You'll be fluent in German and English, with strong organizational and management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial leadership for a plant of 600+ employees
- Setting the financial direction for the manufacturing site in collaboration with the Site Director and leadership team
- Reporting and partnering with all functions to achieve Gross Margin Improvement program targets and overall site financial performance
- Managing and overseeing the preparation of Plan, Long range plan, and rolling Latest Best Estimates (rLBEs) development
- Ensuring adequate financial and system controls are established and maintained consistent with Abbott policies and procedures
As a Site Controller, you'll lead and develop a team of six employees, focusing on team development, coaching, counseling, training, and succession planning. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.
