Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance. Your mission will be to:
- Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline
- Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions
- Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in B2B sales or a strong sales background in a B2C environment
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French with fluency in English
