About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving the sales of large projects focused on renewables, industries, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture key opportunities in various markets and segments.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers to secure repeat business.
  • Work with segment leaders and local marketing and sales teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with sales opportunities.
  • Ensure sales activities align with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on large and complex projects.
  • Proven track record of success in the electrical and power industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across different regions.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
