Wholesale Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic Wholesale Sales Director to spearhead our international wholesale initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our growth strategy within the wholesale sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at enhancing growth in global wholesale distribution aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee and mentor regional wholesale managers to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with current wholesale partners while actively seeking new opportunities to broaden market reach.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product innovation, and finance, to guarantee the effective implementation of wholesale strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and identify emerging markets to stay ahead of trends.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales metrics to refine and adapt wholesale strategies.
- Administer wholesale budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company at national and international trade exhibitions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with a concentration in sales.
- Extensive experience in wholesale sales, ideally within the jewelry, watch, or luxury goods sectors.
- Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing sales teams in a global context.
- In-depth understanding of wholesale operations, including pricing models, inventory oversight, and distribution networks.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities, with a talent for cultivating relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to engage in international travel as required.
