- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to guarantee the successful implementation of wholesale strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets to stay ahead of the competition.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales metrics to refine and enhance wholesale strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators related to wholesale operations.
- Represent the company at national and international trade exhibitions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on sales.
- Extensive experience in wholesale sales, ideally within the jewelry, watch, or luxury goods sectors.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in an international context.
- In-depth understanding of wholesale operations, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
