Job Overview:

As a Commercial Letting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete rental lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction to the finalization of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full rental cycle, from initial inquiries to contract execution and follow-up.
  • Design and implement rental strategies while acting as a key point of contact for tenants and team members.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Identify and pursue rental opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Promote properties through online platforms, create detailed property listings, and devise effective marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate the national commercial sales team, fostering collaboration both internally and externally.
  • Encourage teamwork across departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Compile and present reports and analyses to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • A background in real estate or a related field, with relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the successful rental of commercial properties.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and acquisition capabilities, coupled with effective presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required and possess a valid Class B driver's license.
