Ihre Herausforderung:

Als Leiter Vertrieb bei Schleich GmbH übernehmen Sie die strategische Führung des Außendienstteams in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, den Vertriebsprozess zu optimieren, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Beziehungen zu stärken.

Ihre Ziele:

- Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzes in DACH-Raum
- Steigerung der Umsätze durch effektive Strategien
- Förderung von Team- und Kommunikationsskills im Außendienst

Ihre Anforderungen:
\
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrungen in einem internationalen FMCG-Unternehmen in Führungspositionen
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Handelsstrukturen, idealerweise in der Spielwarenbranche
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen mit Field-Sales-Analyse- und CRM-Tools (bspw. HubSpot, DeDeSales, TechArt, Salesforce)
