DACH Territory Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Manager – DACH at Rochester Electronics GmbH, you will drive revenue growth and increase market share in the defined region. This role requires close collaboration with Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to execute sales business plans and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have proven business development and sales management experience in the electronic component/semiconductor industry. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics-related subjects is advantageous. Fluency in German and English is essential, while additional languages are beneficial.
You will be responsible for managing customer activities within the region, introducing products to customers, and increasing the customer portfolio. You will identify target customers, build relationships, and develop strategies to grow the account base. Effective communication and service to the customer base are crucial.
Other key responsibilities include forecasting new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM effectively, and traveling within the assigned region (at least 50%).
This role offers an estimated salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
