Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team at Splunk Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify, progress, and close pipeline for your territory by conducting thorough needs assessments and identifying opportunities for Splunk solutions.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and drive multi-year, multi-solution transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and consistently deliver against that forecast.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the IT solutions industry.
- Fluency in German and English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to analyze business data to tell a compelling and actionable story.
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivation and a relentless pursuit of creating one's own success.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and conflict.
- A strong executive presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomes.
