Position Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to enhance our growing Inside Sales division. The Senior Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in strategically identifying new business opportunities, increasing engagement within our current customer base, and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from the NOW Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Public Sector.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage sales opportunities and develop business relationships through effective communication with key stakeholders in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of organizational business drivers, challenges, and how ServiceNow solutions can address these needs.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities within key sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to the Value Selling methodology to secure new business, expand within existing accounts, and facilitate contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team and coordinate necessary resources to advance the sales process, including Solution Consultants and Customer Service teams.
  • Provide timely and precise information to management, including forecasting and strategic account plans.
  • Work towards achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics such as new prospect meetings and pipeline development.
  • Mentor colleagues and engage in collaborative projects to enhance team performance.
  • Occasional travel for training and meetings may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
  • 1-3+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience in a software or solution sales environment.
  • Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions using telephone and video conferencing tools.
  • A solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or IT infrastructure management technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills using web-based tools.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in building meaningful relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Dependable and persistent, particularly regarding attendance and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
