Job Title: Inside Sales Consumables & Parts

Company: Lectra Deutschland GmbH

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the sales of Spare Parts and Consumables within the designated region. This includes products such as blades, sharpening tools, cutting support, maintenance kits, drills, and consumables like paper or polyethylene rolls. Key responsibilities encompass supporting local Field Sales efforts to drive business growth, managing customer relationships, and anticipating roll goods volume.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Activities:

  • Proactive sales of Consumables & Parts to assigned accounts
  • Inventory management and demand forecasting
  • Logistics coordination and order tracking
  • Material importation and documentation preparation
  • Preparation of customer quotations, order processing, and invoicing
  • Negotiation of pricing and offers
  • Order processing management
  • Customs documentation handling
  • Management of customer relationships
  • Monthly business performance reporting

Additional Activities:

  • Implementation of process enhancements
  • Providing support to the local team as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant internal sales experience, ideally in Consumables & Parts
  • A collaborative team player with an open-minded attitude
  • Dynamic, persistent, and self-sufficient in managing customer relationships
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of inventory management and import/export regulations
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Independent and assertive
  • Fluency in both German and English is required

Travel Requirements:

  • This position is based in Ismaning, Germany, with occasional travel as necessary
  • This is a full-time role (39 hours per week)
