About the Role

Crayon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our Public Sector team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Customer Support: Provide exceptional phone support to our existing customers across all business areas, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Offer Preparation and Calculation: Prepare and calculate offers for customer-specific inquiries, working closely with account managers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Licensing Models and Optimization: Offer professional advice on licensing models and optimization of offers from various manufacturers, with a focus on Microsoft.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding expiring contracts, maintenance, or current special offers.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain the customer database (CRM) and create corresponding sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales operational role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience from the technology industry, preferably in cloud services or software sales.
  • Licensing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of software licensing from top vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe.
  • Public Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the public sector is desirable.
