Inside Sales Specialist

Crayon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our Public Sector team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Customer Support: Provide exceptional phone support to our existing customers across all business areas, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Offer Preparation and Calculation: Prepare and calculate offers for customer-specific inquiries, working closely with account managers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Licensing Models and Optimization: Offer professional advice on licensing models and optimization of offers from various manufacturers, with a focus on Microsoft.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding expiring contracts, maintenance, or current special offers.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain the customer database (CRM) and create corresponding sales opportunities.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales operational role.
- Industry Experience: Experience from the technology industry, preferably in cloud services or software sales.
- Licensing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of software licensing from top vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe.
- Public Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the public sector is desirable.
- Customer Focus: You are customer and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Reliability: You are reliable, with a sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Team Player: You are a team player who enjoys collaboration and building relations with the team.
