Your Role:

As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the public sector sales team to drive revenue growth and manage the sales operation function. Your responsibilities will include providing proactive phone support to customers, preparing offers, advising on licensing models, and maintaining the customer database.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Prepare and present offers to customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
  • Background in technology industry, especially cloud services or software sales
  • Expertise in software licensing, particularly from top vendors like Microsoft
