About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our Customer Care Team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Filtrate important information and provide detailed reports/feedback about malfunctions in the app or vehicles to colleagues and other teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, Dutch, and French.
  • You are a problem solver and enjoy assisting customers in need.
  • You have experience with customer support software.
  • You have a high level of empathy and a positive attitude towards helping others.
