Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of customer service professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and German (business fluent).
