Quality Lead Customer Service Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead to revolutionize customer service at Porsche Digital. In this role, you'll oversee quality topics across all hubs and collaborate with Porsche AG to drive exceptional customer experiences.
About the JobAs a Quality Lead, you'll be responsible for coordinating and deciding on quality topics between all hubs and ensuring seamless communication with QAs. You'll also define and monitor communication and quality processes, develop the CRH Quality Strategy & Concept in alignment with Porsche AG, and implement innovation & technology-driven efficiencies.
In addition, you'll ensure constant information exchange and alignment between Training & Quality Lead, guarantee quality reporting standards, and support operational quality topics such as evaluations of customer experts.
About YouYou should be a well-structured, analytical, and accurate analyst with several years of international quality experience, ideally in the automotive sector. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and German is a plus.
You should have experience working in 'six sigma' environments and possess a global mindset, team player skills, and be communicative, open, and empathetic but also assertive. A willingness to work in the office 4 days a week is also necessary.
