Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Envolved. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our client base.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
