With over 55,000 customers already relying on our expertise, we're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive our expansion and market leadership in the DACH region and beyond. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing sales teams, developing strategic plans to achieve ambitious targets, and fostering a robust sales culture prioritizing customer-centric practices.

Job Description:

  • Guide, train, and empower sales teams to enhance their performance, offering direction in sales calls, techniques, lead management, and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee all sales operations, including inbound, SDR, and outbound sales.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training in call execution, objection handling, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure consistent attainment of team and individual targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams.

Requirements:

  • You possess a minimum of three years of professional experience managing B2B/SaaS sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture such teams.
  • Experience in selling to the DACH region is essential, while familiarity with the US market is highly advantageous.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Your skill set includes strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • You excel in communication and teamwork, fostering positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
