Sales Director for Germany

Solid Supply, a leading custom furniture solutions provider in Northeastern Europe, is seeking a Sales Director for Germany to strengthen its position in the market. With a strong presence in Europe and North America, the company aims to become the partner of choice for real estate developers, brands, architects, general contractors, and operators.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Director will be responsible for promoting Solid Supply's solutions in Germany and coordinating sales inquiries until deal closure. Key tasks include:
- Compiling and upkeeping a list of potential clients, including real estate developers, owners, brands, operators, general contractors, architects, and FF&E suppliers.
- Reaching out and building relationships with potential clients and partners, establishing and maintaining a network.
- Representing Solid Supply in Germany in meetings, presenting solutions to interested parties.
- Handing over inquiries to project managers and staying as liaison between them and the client.
- Providing continuous feedback to headquarters with improvement suggestions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Previous experience in a sales position in the industry, although not mandatory.
- An existing network in the real estate and/or interior design market.
- The ability to work independently and have a self-starter mentality.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for interior design.
The Sales Director will enjoy a full-time, fully remote position with flexible working hours, working with a highly experienced team, and the possibility to grow into a senior role. The attractive remuneration package includes a stable fixed salary and a variable component of up to 3-5% of sales volumes, as well as all work equipment provided.
